Ritchie Perera

Ritchie Perera is the Founder and Group CEO of Castle Group and is responsible for setting our strategic direction and overseeing the Group’s diverse operations.

He is an entrepreneur and business leader with 30+ years’ experience across property, hospitality, entertainment, and technology sectors. Under Ritchie’s leadership, Castle Group has become a leading property developer in Western Sydney.

Ritchie’s visionary leadership extends to other industries in Australia and abroad including hospitality and technology companies. He currently owns and operates six popular restaurants in Sydney with another two ventures set to open in 2025. He also holds a major interest in global technology firm, Arimac.

Ritchie founded the Perera Foundation in 2014 to support non-profit organisations address critical social issues.

Ranisha Clarke

Ranisha Clarke is a highly regarded leader in Australia’s property and urban development sector, known for her strategic vision, commercial acumen, and ability to deliver transformative change.

With over 20 years’ experience, Ranisha has led multi-billion-dollar residential and mixed-use projects, including leading the $1 billion divestment of 12 master planned Lendlease Communities projects – balancing strong commercial outcomes with sustainable, community-focused growth.

As CEO of Castle Group, Ranisha is driving the company’s next phase of growth, bringing fresh ambition and deep industry expertise to create transformative urban communities. Beyond her executive role, she also serves as President of the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Division and as a Director on its National Board, where she plays a key role in shaping policy and fostering innovation in the sector.

Nick Lennon

Nick is an accomplished property executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex urban development projects across NSW. His career spans major projects such as Oran Park, Macarthur Heights, Edmondson Park and Green Square, where he successfully navigated planning approvals, governance frameworks, and stakeholder partnerships to deliver high-impact results.

As Head of Development at Castle Group, Nick is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of major residential projects, ensuring they achieve both commercial value and community benefit. He is recognised for building high-performing teams, mentoring emerging talent, and aligning government, private sector, and community priorities to deliver places people are proud to call home.

Head of Acquisitions

Isaac Kassis

Isaac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) and has over 7 years of experience in land development. He has delivered over 1000 lots across the Northwest and Southwest growth precincts.

At Castle Group, he excels in identifying opportunities, negotiating acquisitions, and adeptly managing projects from inception to completion. His multifaceted role integrates strategic decision-making for optimal sales and financial outcomes, along with skilful project management and comprehensive planning. This approach ensures prosperous outcomes and enhances project value.

Thomas Miles

Thomas leads Castle Group’s sales strategy and operations, drawing on more than a decade of experience in the residential housing sector. Over his career, he has held senior sales leadership roles at leading homebuilders including Domaine Homes and Montgomery Homes where he consistently exceeded targets, developed new processes, and strengthened customer engagement.

At Castle Group, Thomas is responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all projects. With a reputation for innovation, energy, and results-driven leadership, he plays a central role in the company’s continued expansion in Sydney’s competitive property market

Cheyne is responsible for brand strategy, customer acquisition and national campaigns, ensuring Castle Group continues to grow its profile while delivering value for customers and stakeholders.

With more than 18 years’ experience working across the property, automotive, health and lifestyle sectors, Cheyne has a proven track record in building trusted and enduring brands, and in creating meaningful connections between people and place.

Daz Kasandaria

Daz holds a fundamental role in the organisation, overseeing finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative operations. With over 13 years of experience, he has honed his expertise in financial accounting and corporate reporting.

Daz assumes responsibility for financial matters spanning our diverse property portfolios, investments, and property trading endeavours. His primary objectives revolve around ensuring the effective delivery of financial services, perpetually refining processes, and elevating our stakeholder management capabilities.

John Ng

John is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in finance. He has worked for major companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ampol and Infrabuild Australia.

With expertise in financial control, risk management and compliance, John oversees financial operations, delivering strategic insights, and ensuring the seamless execution of processes.

General Counsel

Matthew Lau

Matthew heads the legal, governance and compliance functions of Castle Group. With his extensive experience in the property development, construction and finance industries, Matthew understands the development and funding business from a unique legal and commercial perspective.

He has previously worked for a listed international property developer, a global law firm and a specialist construction law firm.

Jackie Staples

Jackie is responsible for setting the company strategy for recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

She has over 25 years of experience driving strategic and operational HR excellence, across several industries including healthcare and professional services. She served on the Australian-New Zealand leadership team of a multinational healthcare company.

Head of Corporate Affairs

Anh Dang

Anh oversees the development and implementation of strategies and programs to build and enhance Castle Group’s reputation and relationships with stakeholders.

She is a seasoned communications and stakeholder engagement professional with 20+ years’ experience in politics, government and property development. She has worked for a NSW Government Minister, Parramatta City Council Lord Mayors, Lendlease, Walker Corporation, UrbanGrowth NSW and Health Infrastructure NSW.
